Please review this information before placing your order. 

ENROLLMENT STATUS

This form is for IDEA families only. If you are not in IDEA or do not intend to enroll before July 1, you will need to order directly from the Fair exhibitors. (Of course, IDEA families are also welcome to do that and get reimbursed for qualifying purchases after July 1.) If you need assistance with enrolling or re-enrolling, please reach out to us!

DESCRIPTION FIELD

-If the company uses a code or item #, that MUST be entered first, followed by the title. (123456 My Homeschool Book)

-If there is no code, enter just the title. (Banangrams)

-Online classes require student name (Algebra 1 for Mary Smith)

-Subscriptions require title or level, length, and student name. (Moxiebox semester grades 3-5 for Mary Smith)

EMAIL ADDRESS
Email confirmation will be sent to whatever you enter in this field, so enter carefully and double-check for typos!

USE THIS FORM FOR FAIR ORDERS
Enter all Fair orders on this form – a different form for each vendor. Do not enter any orders in FAST at this time of year.

DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR ORDER
If you are ordering something with multiple components, communicate with vendor directly to ensure you are getting all you need – and not buying additional things you don’t need! Your IDEA Contact Teacher may be able to help as well. Carefully consider any subscription orders because most do not grant refunds if you change your mind and want to cancel the remaining portion of a prepaid subscription. 

SALE ITEMS
If you have a discount code or sale price, enter that. If there is a Fair Special that you miss, we will adjust prices and descriptions as needed. Please do not re-enter a duplicate order.

ALLOTMENT
Track your Fair spending to ensure that you leave enough of your allotment to cover any additional expenses for the year, including equipment and services!

ADDITIONAL ITEMS
Each form submission will allow ordering a maximum of 10 items. If you need to order more than 10 items for any particular vendor, please fill out another form.

EXHIBITORS NOT ON THIS FORM
These local vendors are collecting their own orders and will transmit them to us at the end of the Fair, so that they can track their inventory to ensure they can deliver in July what you order now: AK Crazy Collector, Blaine’s Art, Classic Toys, Mr. D Math, Fireside Books, Great Alaska Bowl Company, Paint Nights with Sara & Co., Mind Tinkering Toys, PaperPie (Anchorage), Roundabout Books Alaska, and Tiny Nest Studio. Please contact these eleven vendors directly if you would like to order from them.

RECOMMENDATIONS
If ordering from BookShark or Sonlight, we advise that you consult with the vendor when determining what to order from them. If you meet with the BookShark rep, she can enter your order for you! (Quite a bit easier for you and for us!)

Ordering is open for all Apple and DELL computer equipment and products during the Fair! Use our special  Apple iPads & Computers link or DELL Computers link (or the buttons below) to order Apple iPads, Macbook Air laptops, Mac Minis, iMacs, and/or DELL computers.
