- Registrations must be submitted and paid in full. (Additional registrations may be considered after this date in locations with space available.)
- No refunds after this date.
- Registered exhibitor info will be uploaded into our conference app and exhibitors can work on their virtual booth.
- Materials and/or catalogs for Fair may begin arriving in our offices.
April 1
- Fair app published; attendees can register and see the virtual booths.
- Catalogs or flyers for hand-out sacks must be in the IDEA offices by this date.
- Final date of possible registration, depending on table availability. Space will be sold out at some or all locations before this date.
- Exhibitors receive 1-4 confirmation e-mails; one from the local organizer at each site in which you will participate. This e-mail includes table assignments, workshop schedules (if applicable), meal information, set-up information, etc.
