WHY REGISTER IN ADVANCE?
We use a convention app called Whova, which includes the floorplan, workshop schedule (“agenda”), virtual booths for all participating vendors, any sale information or special deals from them, streaming workshops the week prior to the Fair, access to those recorded workshops for 3 months after the Fair, workshop descriptions and speaker bios, and an opportunity to participate in a contest to win one of TEN $100 Amazon gift certificates! Registering as soon as possible gives you time to preview all of these things and we will have a pre-printed nametag ready for you when you arrive at the Fair, making entrance faster and easier for everyone! 

REGISTRATION INFO:
Admission includes the “Virtual Week” pre-Fair live online workshops (April 14-17) and Exhibit Hall entrance. (Keynote meal tickets are a separate purchase, at $15 per seat.) The admission price is the same for each of our four Fair locations, whether our Curriculum Fair is one day or two in that location.

Note: You need only purchase one admission ticket for your entire family.

This year’s facility does not have rooms that can be used for workshops. We expect to be in another location and next year, and the workshops will return! In the meantime, you will want to be sure to enjoy the Keynote presentation at the IDEA Office before the Fair opens!

Keynote Meal Info & Tickets

The Fair will be held at All American Training Center, where there is plenty of room for shopping, talking with exhibitors, and visiting with other homeschoolers.

2025 Schedule of Events

FRIDAY, APRIL 25, 2025: 
8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Keynote Breakfast at the IDEA Office (43335 Kalifornsky Beach Rd., Soldotna / Copper Center – Arrive 30 minutes early to get checked in and pick your seat.)0  
10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Exhibit Hall open at All American Training Center

SATURDAY, APRIL 26, 2025: 
10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Exhibit Hall open

Admission 

Keynote breakfast: $15 pre-pay only
Exhibit hall and workshops (IDEA families): No charge
Exhibit hall and workshops (non-IDEA families): Admission is $20/family for one or both days.

Parking 

There is some parking in front of All American Training Center, and a large gravel lot for overflow parking at HONDA, next to AATC. 
(Parking is prohibited in front of Ultimate Tan and Trim Salon, to the left of All American Training Center.)

Concessions

Hot Dogs A-la-Carte is located in the same parking lot as the venue.
